will the xbox 360 hd dvd player have good resolution on a 720p tv?

i think it may go to 1080i im not sure. but i was wondering before i do anything stupid.

  1. Yes, it will be great but not as on 1080p. You will not notice a difference from 720p to 1080p unless you have a big screen.
