Which will win the format war, Toshiba’s HD DVD or Sony’s Blu-ray?

Blu-ray = Beta-max… both by Sony. I am beginning to see a pattern.
Seriously, HDDVD has more room for expansion as a format. Blu-ray is struggling for acceptance. The consumer won’t be so easily convinced to embrace Blu-ray because it is to difficult to copy movies. I am already hearing people complaining about Hollywood’s support for this "locked-up" format.
I personally hope the HD DVD wins because I like it’s flexibility.
