What is the best Blu-ray ripper for the best quality?

I am looking for a good/great blu-ray DVD ripper that I could use for blu-ray DVDs. I prefer one with great video quality, and also one that could be converted to a MP4 with the same quality of the blu-ray DVD. Price doesnt matter so if you have recommendations, they’d be appriciated.
