ps3 region coding system ?
My ps3 is NTSC-J, and the regions on its box is A , 3 , 3 … I want to know if I can buy blu-ray movies from America .cuz it seems that the A stands for blu-ray region if I’m right

The simple answer is yes – your PS3 is region A, the USA is region A, so you can certainly play blu-ray movies from America.
You can’t play DVDs from America, though, as the USA is region 1 for DVDs.
