How much do PS3 Blu-Ray discs hold?

I know that the PlayStation 3 games are on Blu-Ray discs and they do hold a lot of gigabytes. The lowest is 25, am I right? What is the largest the PS3 can read, or can it read any Blu-Ray disc, no matter how many layers? How much to average PS3 games use up of the disc. I have read that MSG4 used up all of the 50 GBs in that disc, even after compression and everything. So basically, my question is can the PS3 read only single and double layered discs or can it read even a 10 layered Blu-Ray disc (if there is one).

    The PS3 could probably read it. It is one of the BEST blu-ray players out there. Also, Resistance 2 is the only PS3 game to have used almost all or all of the memory on the disc.
