    Are you saying that you want Walmart to accept something you bought at another store in exchange for one of their products?

    If so, it will not happen. You can’t return a product to a different company than the one you bought it. For example, Gap and Banana Republic are owned by the same parent company, and they won’t even let you return a Gap product to a Banana Republic store.

    There is certainly no way they will let you "return" a product to a store that is completely unrelated to the store you purchased from.

    Why not just return the Blu Ray player to the place you purchased it and use that money to buy a PS3?
