You connect the HDMI cable to the PS3, then connect the other end to your TV in the HDMI slot.
You then turn the PS3 off, then turn switch on the back on…press the front on button for 5 secs. This will get the PS3 to find the new HDMI cable. You then change the input on the TV to the new HDMI cable and your all set.
