How do i get my playstation 3 to connect to my sony bravia by hdmi cable?

Please Give detailed steps on how to connect it and what settings to change to what! i have a sony bravia KDL – 32S3000. Ive tried everything to get it to work but i just cant seem to get it working. Please help!! Thanks

  1. You connect the HDMI cable to the PS3, then connect the other end to your TV in the HDMI slot.

    You then turn the PS3 off, then turn switch on the back on…press the front on button for 5 secs. This will get the PS3 to find the new HDMI cable. You then change the input on the TV to the new HDMI cable and your all set.
