How do i connect my SKY HD and samsung DVD surround system to my Samsung TV using HDMI cables?
I have connected one HDMI cable from DVD to one port of 2 way connecter and one HDMI cable from SKY HD to other port of 2 way connector and then the other end leads into rear of Samsung HD TV. i am getting a line going across the TV – Can anyone help?

You should be using an HDMI switch, not a splitter (which you’re trying to use backwards as a combiner). HDMI cables carry computer data, and are only designed to be connected to one device at a time. An HDMI switch box will keep your TV HDMI processing circuitry from being confused.
Otherwise, you’ll need to use another type of connection for one of the two devices.
