Blu-Ray disc is same Physical size as CD and DVD but it can hold 25 GB in single layer and 50 GB in double layer. How it works? It use blue laser to read a bump code instead of red laser like CD and DVD. However, it is very expensive like blu-ray player cost 3000 dollar in Japan. It kind of rare to know about blu-ray right now and it not even available in USA. They only available in Japan right now.
