Dell XPS m1530 or HP dv6700t?

My HP laptop basically broke down and now HP is building me a new one with these specs:

Intel Core 2 Duo Processor 2.50 GHz, 6 MB L2 Cache 800MHz Fsb
15.4"HD Display (1280 x 800)
3GB RAM
256MB NVIDIA GeForce 8400M GS
Fingerprint Reader + Webcam
Intel(R) PRO/Wireless 4965AGN and Bluetooth(TM)
250GB 5400RPM SATA HD
Blu-Ray ROM with SuperMulti DVD+/-R/RW Double Layer
HP ExpressCard Digital/Analog TV Tuner
One 6 Cell and 12 Cell Lithium Batteries
Computrace LoJack for Laptops, 3 Years
Microsoft Office Home and Student
3-year Accidental damage coverage
Worth 00

This is a sweet machine, but then i saw that Dell’s Xps has a few nicer features
Basically everything above+HD screen (1680×1050)+ 256MB NVIDIA GeForce 8600M GT+ a read/write blu-ray drive
This machine is worth 00.

Question is, is the 00 between these 2 machines enough for me to sell the Hp and buy the dell instead.
Money is kind of an issue, but if there is a big difference ill spend the money for the better machine.
