You need a Blu-Ray drive. these can be expensive and only appear on a few top of the range PC’s. So you would have to have specifiaclaly bought a PC with a Blu-Ray player in it.
It appears in the Autoplay menu on all Vista PC’s, because Vista support’s Blu-Ray and HD-DVD playback (XP doesn’t out of the box).
On the front of your disc drive it should be labelled with BD with a kinda swoosh around it for the Blu-Ray logo. You also need a HDCP complaint graphics card and monitor, but most modern ones are, so that shouldn’t be a problem.
