The Mana cost of shape shifting will be reduced by 30% with talents like Natural Shape Shifter.
There are some setbacks to becoming a druid that you need to know. Since druids have the ability to do so many things, focusing on a single strategy can be quite difficult. It is also a necessity to carry enough equipment for your character in order to fill the needs of all of your forms. They will all require different gear sets.
