A solid Naxxramas strategy is important if you want to roll through this raid quickly. Although this is the first WoTLK (Wrath of the Lich King) raid, and therefore easier than many other raids, you can still have problems if you don’t have a solid plan of attack.

There was a time when I had no idea what my Naxxramas strategy should be. That’s not a problem for me anymore. I found the answer to my problem with Naxx (and with all the other new raids too). I would like to share it with you.

The solution to this problem is really quite simple in hindsight. I simply copied the strategy of a veteran raider who already owned Naxx.

Please realize that I don’t have some special connection to T Dub, nor do I have any leverage over him at all. I didn’t have to do anything to get him to spill his secrets. They’re available to anyone willing to buy themselves a copy of T Dub’s new WoW guidebook, the PvE Bible. This new raid and instance guide is stuffed with all the information you need to master all the new raids and instances, not just Nax.

One thing I particularly like about this part of the PvE Bible is that it directly addresses old Naxx advice that is no longer valid. It used to be that Resistance Gear was vital to success in here. But that’s no longer true, and in this section you’ll get current advice that matches the way the game plays now.

Important: If you want to get all the achievements in this raid you really need to heed the advice on Resistance gear. It is not only unneeded, but choosing that kind of gear will actually prevent you from getting some of the achievements!
