what is the best blu-ray in the market?
i’m confused should i buy the ps3 or another blu-ray player?
and what about the Pioneer blu-ray BDPLX70.

PS3, because it best for the bucks,play games and blu-ray as well. main advantage. of ps3 is that they can updates, while stand alone blu-ray can’t, you buy the way it is. However if you just want he best experience in blu-ray, then stand alone will do you, but is not good for a long run. One of main reason why stand alone blu-ray (the latest one) is better than ps3 in blu-ray experience because they usually has latest HDMI support
The problem is the audio…Most stereos can’t decode the UNCOMPRESSED audio on Blu-ray discs with the HDMI cable…Stand alone players have the MULTI CHANNEL ANALOG OUTPUT for running the sound to your stereo…Check it out: http://www.avtruths.com/uncompressed.html
Panasonic is the best for the money…But no player to this day can decode "DTS-HD Master Audio" or output it via HDMI…We’ve got Blu-ray discs recorded in this format, but all the players DOWN GRADE this audio to just plain old DTS.
Sony PS3 for the value and performance. Check out this months ( October ) issue of Home Theater Magazine for their review of the new Sony, Sansung and Panasonic. As far as "The Best" – that REALLY is a matter of opinion. Every person has their favorite brand they will usually stand by. What’s the best car manufacturer out there? They ALL have their flaws ( See what I mean? )
